A Life You Love · Eight weeks, 1-on-1
You’ve done the work. Now let’s build the life.
Coaching for women who’ve spent years getting ready, and would like to stop getting ready.
You know your patterns better than most.
You’ve been to therapy. You’ve done the seminars, the retreats, the workshops. You’ve read the books, including the ones nobody finishes. You know your triggers, your conditioning, and the shape of the family you came from.
If healing were a degree, you’d have a PhD in it.
And somewhere along the way it stopped being a season and became the whole identity. There’s always another layer. Always something else to work through first. Always a reason it isn’t quite time yet.
Meanwhile the life all that work was supposed to be for is still sitting somewhere in the future.
It usually comes out in the first conversation, close to word for word:
I want to feel like myself again. I want my life to feel like mine.
Sometimes something forces the decision. More often, nothing does.
Mine was forced. I didn’t get to choose the timing, and I wouldn’t recommend waiting for something that chooses for you.
The quieter way is the one I see more often, and it’s easier to miss. There’s no collapse. No moment that makes the decision for you. The year simply passes. Another course, another practitioner, another round of working on yourself. All of it genuinely useful. None of it the thing.
And the decision you’ve been circling stays uncircled. The business you’ve outgrown keeps you one more year. The version of your life you can picture clearly, the one you catch in glimpses on a good morning, stays exactly where it’s been: ahead of you.
You’re not short of insight. You have more of that than most people ever gather.
What’s passing is time.
That’s the part that lands hardest, and it’s rarely what anyone names out loud in a first conversation. It isn’t a fear of failing. It’s the thought of looking back and finding you spent it getting ready.
Not a wasted life. A smaller one than it needed to be. Years that were there to be lived in, spent preparing to live instead.
Whenever you start, it’s worth starting. But the sooner you do, the more of it you actually get.
A Life You Love
Eight weeks, 1-on-1, just the two of us.
We talk weekly by phone, up to an hour. No camera, which a lot of people find easier.
And between those calls, you’re not carrying it on your own. You have unlimited text and voice note support for the full eight weeks. When something surfaces on a Tuesday afternoon, you don’t sit with it until the next session. You send it. I answer. It’s the part clients tell me afterwards they hadn’t known to look for.
There’s a shape to the eight weeks. We settle first, because nothing useful gets decided from a depleted place. Then we clear out what’s been quietly running things: the expectations, the scripts, the shoulds you never actually agreed to. Then we reconnect you to what you want, which is usually the longest stretch, because it’s been overridden for years and it takes a while to trust again. Then we build it.
That arc is the same for everyone. Where we start, how long we spend anywhere, and what we do inside it is yours.
Between sessions you’ll have practices built around you, rather than handed out.
By the end of the eight weeks you’re not holding a plan you intend to start one day. You’re already living the early, real version of it.
I’ve been through this process in my own life.
I’m a certified Results Coach specializing in Mindset and Life Transitions.
I also co-founded several companies over about twenty years, some of them making seven figures. Then the marriage ended, and most of it went with it. The companies, the money, the home. It wasn’t easy, but eventually I rebuilt.
So I won’t tell you the road is shorter than it is, but working with someone who’s been through similar challenges does help you avoid unnecessary pitfalls along the way.
Working with Ava was so much quicker, confidence-inspiring and effective than trying to go it alone. What I appreciated most was having a thoughtful framework, guided by a trained professional, to help me work through a decision that would have taken me months of rumination on my own, and instead was settled in mere days!!
She didn’t tell me what to do or try to steer me toward an outcome. Instead, she asked great questions, helped me sort through my own thinking, and gave me the confidence to trust my gut.
I also really valued having someone who could look at all the work I’d already done and say, ‘You’ve done enough. You can make a decision.’ Ultimately giving me the confidence to trust my own instincts.
Beyond that, she was a genuine cheerleader, celebrating the wins, highlighting the progress I couldn’t always see myself, and bringing positive energy to the process. I left with much more clarity, confidence, and peace of mind than when I started, and with a decision that felt completely my own.

Eight weeks, all of it included.
$695 CAD until 30 November
If you feel like we would be a good fit, you can take advantage of the autumn special rate. From the 1st of December it goes back to the regular price of $895.
Either way, that’s all of it: the eight weekly sessions, the unlimited text and voice note support between them, and the practices built around you.
If paying in one go doesn’t work, you do have the option to do a payment plan and split it into two monthly payments of $375.
It’s a lot of money, and I know that. It’s also a lot less than the cost of another year spent preparing to live.
And if you’re wondering whether it’s worth it, the answer is yes. The work is worth it. The life you build with it is worth it. And the sooner you start, the more of it you actually get.
The way in is a conversation.
It’s a free Alignment Session. About thirty minutes, and a real conversation about where you are and what you want. By the end we’ll both know whether this is a fit.
Sometimes I’m not, and when that’s the case I say so. Usually I’ll have a thought about who might be.
The answers are closer than you think. The work is in the clearing.
